To ensure we comply with Spanish tax law we keep certain information about your account, including but not limited to basic Personal Information (name, address, contact details), for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed. Data Storage

Lumin Creative uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Answerbase Service. Although Lumin Creative owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Answerbase Service, you retain all rights to your Personal Information.

Children's Privacy

Our Sites and Services are intended for general business audiences and not for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete or destroy such Personal Information as soon as reasonably possible. Visitors From Outside the US
