Great news!  In our efforts to make Answerbase benefit your business as much as possible, we have recently made some enhancements to our E-Commerce module!  The new changes that have been implemented will allow for quicker and more efficient processes when dealing with your product information.

As we moved a few functions on the user interface to allow for better flow and easier access, we also added an “Advanced Search” function so you can quickly find the exact product information you are looking for.  This new function allows for filtering by both keyword and product categorization.  Along with this “Advanced Search”, we have added another dropdown list that will allow for further filtering between all products and uncategorized products.

System Admin will appreciate this new feature too: bulk product editing.  We have added a function that will allow admin to edit or change product categorization on multiple products at once, making for a much smoother and quicker process.  We all know how important time is.

Along with the above Administrative enhancements, we have also made a change on the customer’s end.  If a customer is interested in information about a general product category, they now have the ability to ask a question about a category without narrowing it to a specific product.
